Do you need to pay for your test so that it remains confidential?  Not a problem.  We have a variety of payment options that keeps your testing private and known only to you.

Whether you are sending us an item for infidelity testing or the precious remains of a loved one, we understand that your case is unique and treat it as such. Our staff offers compassionate personal attention with complete discretion.

We do not use email blasts, newsletters, or send any unsolicited email.  We do not sell email addresses or any other personal information.  We do not send mail to your home unless you have requested specifically to have items sent to you.  We do not employ third party services to solicit services from you.

We use WooCommerce and PayPal to process orders placed through our website.  Credit card information is protected and encrypted during transit by PayPal.  Credit/debit card data and PayPal account data provided by the user are processed by professional companies that conduct non-cash transactions and only to the extent necessary to effect the payments. Private Lab Results  shall not store nor disclose any financial information provided by users to 3rd party entities.  When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 3 years for tax and accounting purposes. This may include your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses if you are paying through the online payment system.  Otherwise, only anonymous accounting data is kept.

We do not collect Social Security numbers via any Private Lab Results  website.
